Your statutory rights

If you are a consumer in the UK, you normally have the right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it, and further rights if goods are faulty. This page does not affect those rights.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Card refunds can take several working days to appear, depending on your bank.
